Kelp Forests Combat Climate Change

In our ESG world, seaweed is a big changemaker. Seaweed combats climate change.

What's ESG? Environmental and Social Governance. The broader dashboard for companies than just reporting their money stuff. We know all about their money. But now they have to tell the world what positive impact they make on environmental and social transition too.

Why seaweed? Well, we want to decrease carbon in the air. And seaweed is very effective at cleaning the air. Hoovering. And storing the carbon in their plant material. Seaweed grows quickly. Much quicker than trees.

Research from Harvard University shows that kelp forests are 20 times more effective than land forests.

That's cool!
